Comment: I JUST RECEIVED THIS CD IN THE MAIL I AM SITTING HERE LISTENING TO IT AT WORK AND AM AS I SAID UP ABOVE TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY. I LISTEN TO BLUES ROCK AND HARD ROCK OR ANY THING WITH A GUITAR SOLO IN IT AND THIS CD MORE THAN TAKES CARE OF THAT. I HAVE BEEN BUYING A LOT OF GUITAR PLAYING MUSIC LATELY AFTER TAKING ABOUT A 15 YEAR VACATION FROM MUSIC AND I AM FINDING OLD AND NEW PLAYERS I HAD NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL I STARTED SHOPPING AMAZON AND WHAT I HAVE FOUND OUT THERE IS INCREDIBLE.THIS CD BEING ONE THAT WILL GET A LOT OF AIRPLAY. IF YOU LIKE GUITAR PLAYING LIKE TOMMY CASTRO LUTHER ALLISON GARY MOORE OR RORY GALLAGHER IN THAT THERE GUITAR PLAYING IS IN YOUR FACE LOUD ESPECIALLY LIVE THEN YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED IF YOU LIKE THIS KIND OF BLUES BUY THIS NOW AT THE TIME I AM WRITING THIS THERE IS ONLY ONE LEFT IN STOCK I HAVE BOUGHT ALOT OF NEW MUSIC LATELY WHICH I WILL BE REVIEWING IN THE NEAR FUTURE ALL ON THE NEW/OLD GUITAR PLAYERS I HAVE LISTENED TO AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THE BLUES ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH THIS BUNCH THANKS OH I FORGOT TO SAY THIS CD SOUNDS GREAT.

Comment: And wow this guy is good. I'd recommend this to anyone who likes blues or jazz, or even rock. The guy combines them all. He's fantastic.And he likes Guy Lafleur, which is a bonus! :)

Comment: I cannot believe this guy is not better known!This is an amazing CD. The music is tight and high energy. Both his guitar work and vocals are awesome.
The music is a rockin blues with heavy guitar like the best of the early 70's heavy metal.

Summary: A smokin', well-produced live album
Comment: Gogo is one of Canada's great unknown talents. A fabulous electric guitarist, very good singer and quite a funny guy, he's had some bad experiences with major labels and that's why this disc is independent. It's a brilliant look at his blues influences, with high-octane covers of standards by Magic Sam, Willie Dixon and Eddie 'Son' House. Just as much fun is the percolating Hammon B-3 organ that flow through every song. This is a keeper for anybody know likes the blues with plenty of energy

Comment: Listen, if you get a chance to see this guy, DO IT! You wont be sory.Buy this and any other CD with his name on it. He got screwed around by the big labels a few years back which is the only reason you havent heard of David Gogo.
Trust me....he will become very very well known.
